Frequently Asked Questions

How long will the detailing process take?

 Time can vary depending on the condition of the vehicle and the services being performed. Typically we would like to have your vehicle completed in approximately 4 hours, but in some cases this process may take 6 or more.

What kind of products do you use?

We opt to use quality eco-friendly brands and materials, including, but not limited to 3M, Reliable, Meguir's, 3D, Mothers, P&S, Wolfgang, Collinite,  Rupes and 303 products.

Can you remove scratches and swirl marks from my paint?

Most certainly! Removing imperfections in your paint is an optimal way to improve the look of your vehicle, regardless of what the end protective product will be (ceramic coating or traditional wax). 

Prior to detailing, please...

- Remove any large items in the trunk area
 
- Remove any personal items from your glove box and center console (Any small items left will be put into storage bags and placed back in the compartment after cleaning.) 

- Consider removing child car seats before bringing your vehicle in or choose to have us work around them

Alternatively, we can remove them for you, but will not re-install them after detailng

We thank you in advance for your adherence to these guidelines. Removing these items before bringing your car in for detailing allows us to clean everything properly, and make your vehicle as clean as can be.
